Anyways, while I like the idea for the economy that gives a middle ground between drain and pay-as-you-place, I feel like it should be an option in the options menu. You could have the newbie-friendly pay-up-front thing as the default, and allow players to enable the drain economy as an option. The players playing with the drain economy would have an advantage, sure, but the pay-up-front people wouldn't have to worry about stalling.|||Definitely liking the fact that they're thinking large scale not small! Hopefully it carries to the maps/preorders? we'll recieve with the upcoming media blast/patch?|||I'd be ok with their eco compromise. I'd still prefer the old drain-based economy, though.|||Big yes to the eco compromise. This is how SupCom2 should have worked in the first place :).

archer looks interesting, yet slightly odd at the same time. Less armour, more English longbow archer. the most iconic shape of archers is the bow shape, "D", "|)". archers are also lightly armoured, if at all, then with leather and light iron armour.
Also, don't forget crosbowmen.|||Javelins, man. Javelins!|||BulletMagnet|||But javelins, being fired by archers!
I understand the arrows being so large is to make the archer easy to identify from a distance, but those arrows better have some sort of impaling debuff on them.
