[EDIT:] hahaha, wrong number in the title.
[EDIT:] OMG.|||Yay big castles!
Theyre gonna keep research/tallent.
Emphasis mine.|||re1wind|||It's very hard to adapt to the situation and change strategy if you already invested your talents.
Maybe instead of Land/Sea/air/buildings/acu trees you can make attack/defense/economy/hybrid trees. And a way to completely redo all the talents for a cost, maybe 25% of talentpoints.
I think i'm gonna send this as email to them.|||Hmm, no chickens....|||im liking where this is going. honestly i could go either way with the upgrade/research tree system. i like the whole King talent tree thingy, but honestly i think it would be cool if we could get something like tiers+ research trees to help make other units stronger and not obsolete.
also, i've come to the conclusion that everyone that works at gpg is insane|||It was my understanding that the research would be done by structures, or at least that was what was determined by the analysis of the Empire structure tree thread. "Talents" probably are equivalent to demigod abilities for your king/queen.|||The way he is talking about castles reminds me of Cities in Rise of Legends, where you could tack on districts to boost the city in some way. I wonder if that is the plan or if the way Chris said it was more of a simplification.|||What exactly was written on his hat?|||It looks like "King Wibbley"
A quick Google search reveals that Wibbley's is a hamburger restaurant in Seattle.|||Oh, I thought that was Burger King, but hey, support local I guess.|||Talent tree still worries me, I'm not confident they've learned anough from SC2 yet...
Mike|||OrangeKnight|||Is anyone going to send in their video high five?
