So below, post e-mails you sent via the cracked out mailbag and the response of Chris Taylor. We might learn some new things on KnC!!
-Ben|||? Why a new thread?|||To avoid a page of people saying
"NECROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"|||Hazza616|||Fine, ill take it down, it seems no one is interrested anyways
Edit: I guess you are the one to take it down Spooky, lol? I cant seem to find a delete button.|||I love how you started a new thread about the same thing and not even posting a crackedout response yourself.. There's a reason I don't post in the other thread.. Because Chris haven't answered any of my 5ish emails.. Guess he's too busy to get to them..|||In General people ignore questions they don't know the answer to or don't want to answer.
thanks for your time!
Ben
A: I like that idea, and have something in the works… it’s actually one of the key features, but more than that, you can control your AI friends units… what do you think?
Chris
There you go.|||redmoth|||No, just no to being able to control yours friends units, unless its a button that can be turned on and off.|||Since when has a game given you control of your allies units without your ally checking the "share units" (or give) button...
I like the idea of being able to control your AI ally's units, and being able to give control of some units is nice as well.|||Liger-Zero|||Ok, to make this Clear:
Chris said he would let you control AI units.
Not ALLIED units.
I sent another email to suggest a shared armies option, but he didint respond.
This game will not let you control your ALLIE units withougt permission of your allie.|||redmoth|||Will do next time, sorry for that|||I simply said that i'd like the option to have shared armies, not some mandatory ****.
Also Chris talked about having shared armies b4 supcom release but it got cancelled.
What would be awesome would be if you could play 2 or more people on one king. Then you could have one navy general, one eco general etc. Would be awesome.|||redmoth|||Q: 1. Is the king permanently mounted on a horse, or will there be an option to unmount him onto the ground?
2. Will there be calvary in the game?
And if so, will they be able to trample over infantry units? (Lord of the rings: Battle for Middle Earth had this and it was a great gameplay element)
A: Yes, yes and yes!!
Mounted and unmounted Kings.
Yes to Cav.
Yes to trample!
Chris|||cOLD.
