Castle size and other things.

Image
Note the wonderful resolution. If you want better, walk inside your TV until you find a crime show.
Moving on--
Green:Giant statue
Red: War Boar
Blue: Library thing?
Orange/Purple: Large, identical buildings. I think orange is a barracks of sort, is purple a storage thing?
Pink: Quite obviously the castle. As the quicker of you may have noticed, the statue is about the size of the library thing, which in turn looks to be a fourth or a fifth of the height of the castle, and 1/2, 1/3 the length/width by my rough guesstimation.
Now, the normal folks down there come up to the statues ankle.
This means that there is a bigger discrepancy between grunt-castle size than there was between MM-GC size.
The little folks are probably representative of most of the unit's size, maybe a bit smaller.
As such, I conclude that the castle is GODSDAMNED ENORMOUS
Thank you for your time.|||Wonderful, you're wonderful! I think the OP had a useful post
this game will have big armies and big bases and big units.
It looks like it will have a feeling of space. Sup com2 feels cramped in a way that FA did not. Aoe 3 also felt cramped and Aoe2 did not.
I'm hoping this game does not feel cramped. I also hope you can wander away from your starting area and find a new place to build, Or build 2 or 3 full sized bases with out running into the enemy.
